  • The common challenges of coaching small, creative businesses.
  • How to take the big leap into entrepreneurship.
  • Best hiring practices and constructing the perfect culture fit.
  • How to create traffic-driven content that is fresh and exciting.

Questions from the show:

“After two years of growing my business, I decided it was time to make my first full-time hire. Unfortunately, I hired someone to duplicate myself. Moving forward, what should I look for in making a hire? Is it important to hire someone in sales? What about marketing?”

—Mike Smith

“I’m a blogger and freelance social media manager. The past couple months, the traffic to my blog has been flat lining, and my subscriptions haven’t increased substantially. What is something I can do to either revamp what I’m doing, or what’s something new and fresh I can do to start boosting my traffic and bring in more clients?”
