A Look Back, with Gratitude by Brian CalifanoAs 2021 draws to a close, and as we commence with our annual budgeting process with our clients, this is a great time for all of us to reflect on blessings and express gratitude for all the good things that have happened over the previous year.

So as we are writing this a few days before Thanksgiving, we wanted to let you know, our readers, how truly thankful we are during this holiday season for our supporters and allies.

We thank our clients who place their trust and financial prosperity in our hands. You entrust us with your financial health and company operations — and we never take that for granted. You allow us to do what we love — support and work alongside entrepreneurs and the small business community. We’ve said it before and we’ll say it again: entrepreneurs are the driving force of the US economy, and your spirit and gusto is infectious. It is YOU that drive us to be our best every day and to make sure that we maximize the value we provide to you and your company.

We appreciate our referral partners and those individuals who introduce us to their clients and friends. Although we come from different industries, we share a similar approach to business with all of our referring partners and affiliates. From bankers to transaction lawyers and everything in between, we appreciate your referrals. We also recognize that when you recommend us, we are a reflection of you — and we never take this lightly. Likewise, we are blessed to have wonderful partners that we can refer our clients to which increase our status as a trusted advisor.

We are grateful for our families and the support they give us to pursue what we love. We’ve recognized, perhaps more than ever over the last two years, the importance of expressing continued and ongoing gratitude for health, happiness, and work-life balance.

Though there are many late night meetings with prospects and clients, our families make the sacrifice along with us because they understand our commitment to our clients. As such, our families are as much a part of our team as our employees and clients are. They are our reason why and we never forget it.
